TABLES:
This year the KCAC will have space for 100 tables. We will be charging a fee of $25.00 per table. We are also trying to limit the number of tables per vendor to 1 table. When we get closer to the date, if there are more tables available, we will open the limit to 2 tables until we fill the KCAC again.
CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS:
Each corporate donor will be advertised as a sponsor for the show. A billboard poster will be at each entrance to the show. KCAC will list sponsors in the Lobby Monitor and their Social Media Outlet. Sponsorship will be listed on the PTA website and will be announced and recognized at the banquet. There will be Radio commercial Spot Mentions. T-shirts will be made and given free to each registered taxidermist for the event. The T-shirt will have the sponsors listed on the back. (there are usually around 200 taxidermists registered for the show.
